Sacred Saturday Description:
 

Body, mind and spirit integration practices to grow in our purpose, self-knowledge, intuition and innate wisdom within a framework of kundalini yoga, meditation and mantra. An opportunity to step outside our normal routines and into deep self-exploration through stimulating topics, questions and community.

We will begin at 9:00 am and end around 1:00 pm
