About the event
This is an exploratory workshop, uncovering and transcending perceived limitations, stagnation, relaxing into the uncertainty, trusting, awakening to and connecting with our sacred sensual divinity - our power source. A power which too often is left unexpressed and withers on the vine.
Dance, movement, exercises, flow, touch, sound, writing, meditating- all to help us express a topic culturallly enshrouded with much shame and guilt. Together we rise up!
Workshop will include the Beauty Flower Essence Formula, food and safe community.
